Access to Records
In accordance with the GDPR 2018, Data Protection Act 1998 and Access to Health Records Act, patients may request to see their medical records. Such requests should be made through the practice manager and may be subject to an administration charge. No information will be released without the patient consent unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Complaints, Comments And Suggestions
If you feel our service has been inadequate or have any suggestions for improvement or would like to make a comment we invite you to discuss them with our practice manager Mrs Lisa Hayden (by arrangement at the reception) or in writing. We have an “in house” patient complaint system. Please voice your complaint calmly and if necessary ask for the complaints procedure. We will try our best to listen and improve. All complaints are dealt with in an impartial manner.
Freedom of Information
Information about the General Practitioners and the practice required for disclosure under this act can be made available to the public. All requests for such information should be made to the practice manager.
If you use the services properly and sensibly we promise that we will service you well and in an efficient manner.
At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated at this practice. If you do not respect the rights of our staff we may choose to inform the police and make arrangements for you to be removed from our list. Any visitor who is violent, abusive or threatening towards any member of staff or other visitors will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
