Test Results

Please ring for test results after 1.00 pm. Rules of confidentiality state that results can only be given to the patient to whom they relate (or a child's parent / guardian). Sometimes, we cannot always give full results over the phone. If the result is complicated, or if the doctor wants to see you about the result, we will offer you an appointment.

How can the NHS improve support for carers?

The Department of Health wants to learn more about the lives of those who give their time and energy to support friends or family members needing care. They want to hear from carers, those who have someone care for them, business, social workers, NHS staff and other professionals that support carers. They are developing a new strategy to set out what carers need; one which reflects their lives and the health and financial concerns they have about themselves, their families and those they care for. The Department of Health’s call for evidence closes on 30 June 2016.

Named Accountable GP

Every patient at our practice has a named accountable GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice. Unless you are told otherwise, this is the GP you are registered with, but this does not stop you from seeing any other GPs at the surgery. Your Named GP is Dr D M Bush.

Our patients have been informed of this via various communication methods to include, on this website, by telephone, at point of registration and other information sources.

Disabled Access

The practice is fully accessible for all disabled patients and includes disabled toilet facilities. The treatment room and all consulting rooms are on the ground floor.
